The recipe below presents a homemade toothpaste extremely simple and suitable for all. It is a very mild abrasive that does not damage the teeth. The formula is also rich in minerals and leaves a pleasant sensation of fresh breath. For a small tooth powder jar, pillbox type of pharmacy (over 30 grams): 
  • Mix a tablespoon of white clay superfine (kaolinite) with one tablespoon of calcium carbonate (the pharmacy).
  • Pour the powder into a container made of stainless steel or a small ceramic mortar. Mix them finely with a mini whisk.
  • Add the powder 5 drops of lemon essential oil (gasoline zest) and 5 drops of essential oil of tea tree. One can also opt for 10 drops ofpeppermint (but then the toothpaste is not suitable for children - 5 years, or to pregnant women).
  • Using a small pestle, homogenize well the whole. It should no longer be any lumps. Put potted previously well disinfected.
  • To use, simply "soak" the toothbrush (dry!) ​​In the pot and tap off excess. A thin layer is ample. Brush your teeth then as usual with water.
Storage: Up to six months away from light, heat and moisture.
