Cellulite soon be again one of the magazines, like every year at the approach of summer. Is it because it is simply an insurmountable aesthetic reasons? Not necessarily, if one knows the right moves and natural products that can mitigate it.

A little theory: the aggravating factors of Cellulite

The appearance of cellulite is usually triggered when intense hormonal changes: puberty, pregnancy, lactation, menopause. But it can not be explained by a single cause, other factors intervene.

Venous and lymphatic insufficiency

Green tea: one of the best allies anti-cellulite and water retention. It acts on the elimination of fat, protects the circulatory system and supports connective tissue.

First reflex: to prevent cellulite develops. There is no single magic bullet to eliminate it, and it is best to combine a set of effective strategies to prevent its occurrence and to limit its installation.

A custom feed

There is no question of embarking on a strict diet, cellulite is not just eliminates losing weight. However, correct bad habits and pay attention to the products you consume is crucial in the fight against cellulite.
  • Few raw vegetables: of course, raw vegetables are part of a slimming strategy but their high mineral content may well encourage the retention of water and you swell. Insert still fresh vegetables at every meal, as a salad at one of two main meals, and for the rest, enjoy besides by cooking the sweet steam. From time to time, allow yourself to eat them grilled with olive oil.

Choose a sport ... and practice!

With diet, exercise is the other cornerstone of treatment against cellulite. The ideal: make regular sessions of physical activity promotes venous return and imposing a medium intensity endurance effort to work and start burning fat. Rather than one large meeting at the weekend rather organize three sessions of 30 minutes is the threshold at which the body will tap into fat reserves.

The essential oils are valuable allies in the fight against all types of cellulite. It's easy to make a home care oil to practice daily massage the areas affected to redraw the silhouette.
Here is an example of care oil very focused, effective and easy to formulate, for an oil able to visibly reduce cellulite in about four weeks, at 1 massage cellulite areas 2 times daily tonic manner.

My cellulite care oil

For about 30 ml
In a glass vial (or plastic) amber, blue, or aluminum of more than 30 ml, add successively:
  • 20 ml of oil Calophylle
  • 10 ml andiroba oil, argan and avocado to your preference
  • 20 drops of essential oil of lemon eucalyptus (Eucalyptus citriodora)
  • 20 drops of essential oil menthol eucalyptus (Eucalyptus dives)
  • 15 drops of grapefruit oil (citrus paradisii)
Attention this oil in its highly concentrated essential oils version is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, who will then use without flavor (even if you are allergic to any of them).
Do not expose treated areas to the sun during the period of use because of the presence of grapefruit oil, photosensitizing.
Only massage cellulite areas with this oil (the size of a dessert plate), and not the body, carefully avoid the face, and wash your hands thoroughly after use. If you want to massage larger areas, divide the doses essential oil 2!
If you have not found the essential oils necessary 3, you can simply remove one. Warning, the smell of all these compounds is very strong and gentleman might not be appreciated. Tell him it's for a good cause or wear immediately after the massage shorty / leggings to prevent fumes.
This care oil will keep for 12 months protected from air, light and heat.
While the recommendations presented here are a bit restrictive because they want complete ... But the effectiveness is at appointments and the results without comparisons with cosmetics for most cans that are on offer everywhere.
